Heritage Dulcimer Camp 2010 has been cancelled due to low enrollment numbers.

If you have already sent in your registration form and payment, you will be contacted soon.

 

2010 Heritage Dulcimer Week

PLEASE NOTE: Effective immediately, we will not be able to take credit card payments for registration. Registrations will be processed by Mary Jo LePage, NOT Heartland Presbyterian Center.

Heritage 2010 Registration & Brochure

Cost and Registration

REGISTRATION: Sunday, 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.; dinner follows at 6 p.m. Camp ends with noon meal on Friday.
(Note: rooms will not be ready until after 4 p.m. so please do not arrive before then.)
Special note to commuters: Please plan to attend the Sunday evening orientation—you’ll miss a lot if you don’t!

Full Time - $595.00
Includes room, meals & tuition
Commuter - $250.00 Includes tuition & lunch.
Commuter meals - $50.00 for 5 dinners
(Sorry, we cannot offer random meal orders)
Meals only
Non-participant - $300.00 Includes room, meals & concerts
Private Room - $200.00 extra Heartland Conference Center Policy
Mid-week Towel Exchange - $ 5.00

Because we have a limited enrollment, placement will be on a first come/first served basis. In order to ensure your spot, we request you enclose a registration fee of $100.00 with your application. ($35.00 of this fee is non-refundable should you need to cancel.)

Housing/Camping Update

  • First floor and private rooms will be assigned on severity of need and a first come/first served basis.
  • Private room additional fee will be $200.00 (Heartland Conference Center policy).
  • Mid-week towel exchange fee -- $5.00 (Heartland Conference Center policy).

Because of policy changes at Heartland Conference Center, there will be NO hookups available. Contact Heartland for the location of nearby campgrounds.

TO REGISTER:

Download the Registration and Health Form. Complete both sides and mail to Mary Jo LePage at the address listed on the registration form.

If you also want a Heritage Dulcimer Camp T-Shirt you need to download the T-shirt Order form and mail it to Sharon Lindenmeyer as indicated on that form.

Most computers have Acrobat Reader installed. If you don't you may download one from Adobe (www.adobe.com) for free. When you have downloaded into Acrobat reader and want to print, make sure you click the print icon at the top of the reader window and not the one at the top of your browser window.

 

If you prefer you may email the director and get a copy of the brochure and registration forms by mail.

 


2010 Heritage Dulcimer Camp T-Shirt

In order to have these ready and waiting for you at camp, we need to order them in advance. Fill out the form (see below to download brochure and order form) and send it to Sharon Lindenmeyer at the address below no later than June 1, 2010. DO NOT include your t-shirt order with your Heritage reservation—if you do, it’s probably not gonna happen!
